Our Mission
Bethune, Baker, Cooper Consulting Group (BCC) exists in order to help organizations create leadership pipelines for BIPOC and create policies with integrity and cultural humility where it is every stakeholder’s responsibility to create a workplace and product that promotes cultural awareness and humility.
While Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (D.E.I.A.) are at the center of our organization, we are NOT just a D.E.I.A. organization. We are also an antiracism organization. We have a commitment to dismantling racism in leadership policies, and procedures, which has dimensions that are institutional and social as well as attitudinal and behavioral. We are committed to dismantling systems rather than solely changing individual behavior.
